Mekaverse had lots of hype when it launched, selling NFTs for 5 ETH or more even before they were revealed. They were split between the pre-sale minting and public sale, with avatar traits and attributes generated randomly and revealed after the public sale.
Initial hype is not a guarantee for long term success. What are Clone X NFTs Clone X -X TAKASHI MURAKAMI is a collection of 20,000 next-gen avatars, created by RTFKT and Takashi Murakami. Whether Clone X will become a valuable NFT collection remains to be seen.
